That’s kind of how Visionary HQ started. Years ago when our Founder, Richelle, was starting her career, she downloaded countless startup support packs. Every document you could think of, all the “guides” she could find — and she was more lost than ever.
Each had massive gaps, was obviously plagiarised from different sources, was simply unclear, packed with jargon, or had conflicting information. And, many of them were super expensive!
“Frustrated” is an understatement, and Richelle was left to work it out on her own. Which she did, and multiple successful businesses later, she started Visionary HQ with a mission is to empower other businesses with information, consulting, and outsourcing that’s actually helpful.

With 16 years’ management experience in HR and community services — 10 years of which have been in policy, procedure and document creation — Richelle knows her way around critical documents and internal business processes. From government audits and compliance to WHS and risk management, her expertise has proven invaluable to businesses of all sizes.
Richelle has worked across multiple industries and areas within each, like managing clinical services, equine therapy, bookkeeping, and working with people in remote communities. Her guidance and experience as an NDIS Company Director furthers her credentials as a leader in the healthcare space.
Through it all, she’s found her passion in supporting start-ups and helping established businesses tidy up their internal procedures. To continuously give her clients the best experiences and business outcomes, Richelle stays at the forefront of multiple sectors by attending network meetings and conferences.
